Q: What courier do we use for delivery?
We use Australia Post.
Q: How much is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee depends on your delivery address and the total weight of the items or the volume weight of the items. The system automatically calculates Auspost's Standard Flat Shipping Rate based on the total items' weight in your shopping cart at the checkout page. For our premium service, we only charge Auspost's Standard Flat Shipping Rate at the checkout and provide the FREE upgrade to Express Post for all our valued customers.
Q: How do you calculate the weight of the items?
As per AusPost calculation, we have to calculate the actual and cubic weight of the item and take the greater one. Cubic weight (volume weight) is calculated by measuring and multiplying the parcel's length, height and width. The result is then multiplied by a cubic weight conversion factor of 250. For example, an item weighing 1kg but measuring 25 cm long, 16cm wide and 15 cm high (0.25m) × (0.16m) × (0.15m) × 250 = 1.5 kg
The example item has a cubic weight of 1.5kg; therefore, postage would be assessed on the basis of 1.5kg despite the actual weight.
Q: Do you deliver anywhere in Australia?
Yes, we deliver Australia-wide as long as Australia Post can reach you.
Q: Do you send orders outside of Australia?
Unfortunately, we don't send orders outside of Australia at the moment.

Local pick-up option is available for Perth customers. Please contact us for more information.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email from us with tracking number information. You can track your order from here: http://auspost.com.au/track/
Q: When will my order be shipped?
Typically, we will dispatch your order within 1-3 working days once we have received your payment. For the orders we receive from Sunday to Wednesday, the parcels will be dispatched within 24 hours / the next business day. For the orders we receive from Thursday to Saturday (OR) public holiday(s) in between, we will dispatch your parcel(s) to AusPost on Monday morning (OR) as soon as AusPost re-open. We will also send you an email with the tracking number information. Once your order has been dispatched, regular Australia Post delivery times apply. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your parcel from the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/
Q: What will happen if I miss the delivery?
Australia Post will attempt to deliver your item. If no one is home, they will leave a notification card stating that your item is available to collect from your local post office. Australia Post also allows us to deliver to post office boxes. Please notice that Australia Post have its delivery schedule. Therefore, we cannot request them to bring your parcel on a specific date or time.
