Refund policy

RETURNS
For any undamaged product, return it with the original packaging and the same condition as you received it with the original receipt in original packaging within 24 hours of receiving them. We'll exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method.
We will offer a full refund for any damaged, incorrect or faulty items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues. We accept returns on these damaged, incorrect or faulty items within 24 hours of receiving the items. Therefore, you should contact us within 24 hours at info@shwebiz.com to arrange your return or exchange. 
*ShweBiz reserves the right to re-supply the same products or issue a credit or store credit for authorised refunds. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept the return of any perishable goods.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
The refund amount will be the total amount less the shipping fees during the initial shipping.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please wait for two business days and recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shwebiz.com within 24 hours of receiving the items.

SHIPPING COST
To return or exchange your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 1856, WANGARA DC WA 6947, AUSTRALIA.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs on your own for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
If you receive a refund, the cost of return or exchange shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
