ShweBiz Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase, issuance, and use of the ShweBiz Gift Card ("Gift Card"). By purchasing, redeeming, or attempting to redeem the Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Issuer: The ShweBiz Gift Card is issued by ShweBiz, ABN: 22 143 645 987, registered in Australia.
   
   
2. Redemption: The Gift Card can only be redeemed for eligible goods and services at ShweBiz participating locations in Australia.
   
   
3. Gift Card Delivery: The Gift Cards will be delivered electronically via email to the recipient's email address provided by the purchaser. Please make sure the recipient's email address is correct to avoid delivery issues.
   
   
4. Expiry Date: The Gift Card is valid for three years from the date of purchase. Any unused balance after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited.
   
   
5. Card Value: The Gift Card is not reloadable, and its face value is predetermined at the time of purchase.
   
   
6. Lost or Stolen Cards: Treat the Gift Card like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
   
   
7. Non-Transferable: The Gift Card is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card.
   
   
8. Refunds: No refunds or exchanges are allowed for the Gift Card, except where required by law.
   
   
9. Balance Enquiry: Customers can check their balance on the gift card page or contact ShweBiz customer service.
   
   
10. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Gift Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

However, Gift cards are a form of payment and the Gift Card recipients can be used in conjunction with a ShweBiz Customer Club discount code if the minimum purchase amount and period are valid.
